PCN Services

Services available in the PCN:

  • Enhanced Access (EA) – EA is an NHS service offering GP appointments in the evenings and on Saturdays to make it easier for patients to get care outside normal hours. All of our practices offer this for patients if you are unable to attend during the weekday, if this suits you please contact them for more information.
  • Myton Clinics – The Myton Information Hub, created by nurse Olivia Bowskill, supports patients with long-term palliative conditions like metastatic cancer, organ failure, COPD, and neurological diseases. It offers one-hour appointments, in person or by phone, where patients can discuss their healthcare journey. Olivia provides tailored guidance and signposting to services like the FAB clinic and wellbeing support to help manage ongoing care for both patients and their carers. If you would like more information, please email Info@kenilworthandwarwickpcn.nhs.uk
  • Paramedic Home Visiting Service – we have three paramedics spread across the PCN, rotating between our practices and handle minor illnesses, do home visits, triage calls, perform clinical procedures, and support GPs to improve patient access and ease workloads.
  • Frailty Nurses – we have 3 frailty nurses who work across the PCN, they are experts in frailty and palliative care, working closely with both Primary and Secondary Care colleagues to ensure patients receive the most appropriate and effective treatment. Our frailty nurses are dedicated to supporting patients with complex health needs, providing compassionate, personalised care that helps maintain quality of life and wellbeing. Their role is key in coordinating care for those living with frailty or serious illness, ensuring patients and their families feel supported at every stage.
