Network PPG

What is a Patient Participation Group (PPG)?

The PPG gives patients a voice, allowing them to share constructive feedback and help shape practice services. Run by dedicated volunteers, it aims to represent a diverse patient community and foster collaboration with the surgery.

The PPG provides a platform to discuss issues, suggest improvements, and give feedback—positive or negative. If you contact us via email, please include your name so we can respond.

Please note: the PPG is not somewhere solely for complaints, any individual patient complaints should be directed appropriately to your practice.
